Squash Coconut Curry (Mathanga Erissery): Soft pieces of sweet butternut squash in a creamy, spiced coconut gravy.
Black Pepper Chicken (Kurumalaku Kozhi): Succulent chicken pieces cooked in plenty of whole pepper and spices.
