Squash Coconut Curry (Mathanga Erissery): Soft pieces of sweet butternut squash in a creamy, spiced coconut gravy.
Green Beans Coconut Fry (Beans Poriyal): Fine green beans tossed with toasted coconut, whole spices and curry leaves.
All our Thali meals also come with:
