A rich chicken or paneer curry combined with our special ghee rice in flavourful layers, with crispy onions, saffron and coriander.

Served with a traditional Indian salad with cucumber, tomatoes and onion, along with a cooling mint yoghurt.

Perfect as a meal for 2-3 people.

CHICKEN BIRYANI: Chicken thigh, FULL FAT NATURAL YOGHURT, vegetable oil, water, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, black peppercorns, whole cloves, coriander powder, cumin powder, green cardamon pods, red chillies, cinnamon sticks, star anise, mace, bay leaves, black cardamon, chilli powder, turmeric powder, MILK, salt, sugar, crispy onions, fresh coriander, saffron.
